Business sostenibile e responsabile
La responsabilità sociale d'impresa è parte integrante della strategia e dell'organizzazione di Indaver. Indaver è orientata ai risultati, ma non giudica i risultati solo in base alla crescita finanziaria ottenuta, fornendo un servizio conveniente e di alta qualità ai nostri clienti. Indaver vuole anche fornire un beneficio sociale. Le nostre attività, quindi, devono soddisfare tre aspetti della sostenibilità: sociale, ecologica ed economica. Questi aspetti si influenzano a vicenda, si completano e talvolta sono in conflitto tra loro. Indaver verifica costantemente che siano in equilibrio e che le sue attività commerciali siano sostenibili.
Rendicontazione della sostenibilità
Pubblichiamo un rapporto annuale su tutti questi sforzi con il nostro Rapporto di Sostenibilità. Vogliamo che tutti i nostri risultati e l'impatto delle nostre attività commerciali sulle persone e sull'ambiente siano trasparenti per i nostri stakeholder. Garantire la trasparenza nelle comunicazioni e nelle azioni è uno dei valori fondamentali di Indaver. Manteniamo un dialogo del tutto trasparente con i nostri stakeholder (dipendenti, fornitori e partner, clienti, autorità, comunità e azionisti). - Safety and Quality: we invest heavily in safety for our employees people and our own environment. We ensure that we have safe operational facilities, good procedures, well-trained staff, and efficient systems. We permanently measure and improve the safety and quality of our processes.
- Sustainable Purchasing and Good Governance: our company code sets out the code of conduct for sustainable business practice for all staff members. When working with suppliers, Indaver details requirements related to corporate social responsibility and asks that they demonstrate how they are fulfilling them.
- Social Commitment: we support projects that are aligned with our core values and benefit the region in which we operate.
