A decanter centrifuge, also known as a decanter, is a horizontal centrifuge. The separation between a solid phase and one or more liquid phases occurs by means of sedimentation.
Indaver Separation Technologies has various makes of decanter centrifuges with varying capacities from 0.3 to 4 tons of dry matter per hour. By installing multiple units we can upscale capacity according to our needs.
Belt filter presses
A belt filter press uses a filtration technique for sludge dewatering. This press consists of two filter belts between which the sludge is pressed.
Indaver Separation Technologies' (mobile) belt filter presses have a capacity ranging from 10 to 100 m3 per hour.
Chamber filter presses
With chamber filter presses dewatering occurs by pumping the sludge under pressure into an enclosed area (chamber). The chambers consist of a number of connected plates each fitted with a filter cloth.
Indaver Separation Technologies has both mobile and permanent chamber filter presses with a capacity of 1.3 to 9.9 m3. We also have a number of membrane filter presses.
A gravity belt thickener or gravity table is a filter belt that moves on rollers on which the sludge to be thickened is placed.
Indaver Separation Technologies has mobile gravity tables with a range of capacities. The gravity tables are mainly used to thicken sludge, whilst the sludge can still be pumped.
Our mobile systems plants come with their own power supply. The systems are equipped with automatic polymer preparation and dosage, pumps and sludge cake removal systems.
