Transparent pricing
Indaver provides a clear split between treatment, transport, etc. of the various waste flows.
Transparent accounting
Via an e-reporting system, Indaver offers government bodies access to all waste-related data stored in the SAP system. For example, this means that they can track the route that waste flows are taking at all times. The invoicing is also linked to this system, to avoid surprises.
Open communication
Indaver communicates openly with its stakeholders. Government bodies with rights of use in Indaver plants are invited to visit the site every year and receive documentation on and explanation of the posted results. Where we are involved in intermunicipal cooperatives as a private participant, we always maintain very regular, correct communication with the management and Board of Directors.
Striving for continuous improvement
Indaver endeavours to achieve a close partnership with each of its customers in the public sector. We therefore ensure that our service is continuously adjusted, refined and improved. In this way, we offer clear added value for government bodies at every level and within each form of contract.
Monitoring results closely
Indaver has developed a number of tools to organise waste management for government bodies as efficiently as possible:
- A specific work model to measure and monitor public cleanliness.
- A Waste-to-Energy model that acts as a basis for the dimensioning of new processing plants.
- Balanced Score Cards and dashboards to track the crucial results within an intermunicipal agreement closely: operational and financial aspects, but also quality, safety and communication.
