Shareholder structure

The Dutch company DELTA holds 75% of Indaver’s shares, Vlaamse Milieuholding controls 16% and a group of industrial shareholders (Janssen Pharmaceutica nv, BASF Antwerp nv, Solvay nv, Tessenderlo Chemie nv, Bayer Global Investmenst bv, Borealis Polymers nv) has 9% of the shares.
